Offers on third party websites
Please use these terms and conditions for reference of any offers you may see in our advertising.
Sell your home within 30 days and we’ll only charge £1.
This offer refers to ‘sold’ as ‘SSTC’, meaning ‘if we don’t have an offer on your house accepted by the buyer within 30 days’ we will only charge you £1.
This offer is exclusive to the buyer declining more than 2 offers on the property, meaning, if the buyer declines more than 2 offers on their property within 30 days, the offer will no longer be valid.
The 30 days begins from midnight nearest to the property being listed on Rightmove. For example, if the property is listed on Thursday 12:01pm, the 30 days will begin from Friday 12:00am.
Finally, the 30 day offer refers to business days, which means Sundays are excluded.
Free gas certificate offer.
The free gas certificate is valid for any person who switches their management service to Affitto Estate Agents and is only valid for one property only.
Meaning, if a person instructs Affitto Estate Agents to manage 30 properties, only 1 of 30 properties will be eligible for a free gas safety certificate registered with a gas safety professional of Affitto Estate Agents choice.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
